The special steel spring at the base provides the resistance you need for lightning fast hips. For every mile an hour you increase hip speed, you increase club head speed 25 mph. The Power Hip Trainer also enabled one of our baseball players to increase his long ball from 400 to 480 and one of our tennis players to increase his forehand racquet head speed from 55 to 96 mph.
