    1. eagolfpro Said,

MANY golfers struggle with this “tush-line” issue. It is mainly because of one or a combination of a few things. First of all, failure to understand what clearing really, which is keeping the hips back to make room for slotting and linking. The second is the effort to rotate the hips hard from the top, which is often applied by rotating the rear hip hard, which pulls the hips off the wall and move the tush-line toward the ball. Thirdly, an lack of applying ground force properly.

    2. eagolfpro Said,

There are three basic ways of getting the tush back on the wall from the top. Keep in mind, at the top the tush is off the wall, except for part of the rearward glute. Either you simply keep the glute pinned on the wall as you start down, you pull the front glute back on the wall, or you push the tailbone straight back toward the wall. Find out what works best for you.

    3. eagolfpro Said,

You will notice the swings that I just worked on keeping the right hip back on the wall, allowed the swing to deliver from the inside. They caused pushes and the exit will higher than we wanted in relations to the right shoulder. However, as soon as I worked on cornering hard from the extenstion through the follow-through the exit was more left and below the right shoulder.
