Dr Wright demonstrates the use of a weight to set his ideal posture for balance and maximum power. He stands on a balance system that has a1000 sensors under each foot as he demonstrates the ideal center of force at address and through the swing. He emphasizes a swing that begins with the shoulders and a restriction of the hips to build torque in the core muscles in the backswing. This backswing sequence prepares the body to unload this torque for maximum power in the downswing by starting the sequence in reverse with the hips first. He also demonstrates common errors of set up from foot flare to alignment. He guides the viewer through a practice drill of motion and common errors that occur in motion.
